Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. For Online Courses (Digital Products)
Once purchased, access to online courses is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds will not be provided if the student has already accessed or downloaded course material.
In case of a duplicate payment or a genuine technical error during purchase, please contact us within 7 working days for a resolution.
2. For Books (Physical Products)
If you receive a damaged or defective copy, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the book must be unused and returned in its original condition.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or after the book has been used.
3. Cancellations
Orders for online courses cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed, as instant access is provided.
Book orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
In case of any delays, please contact your payment provider/bank.
